Brief Introduction
Fote wood pellet mill is a diesel-driven pelletizing equipment which can be used to compress raw fodder or biomass particle into pellets for poultry feed or recyclable energy. Depending on the ingredients, these pellets can be used for an animal feed that’s easily stored, cheap and has a long life***n, or as an energy efficient fuel for fireplaces, wood-burning furnaces and stoves.
As well grasses can also be pelletized, creating grass pellets. Typical materials for grass pellets include switchgrass, alfalfa and miscanthus. The main ingredients used in commercially prepared feed are the feed grains, which include corn, soybean, sorghum, oats, barley, cassava and potato.
Obviously, the density of wood powder is much higher than grass density. For in same volume, the weight of former is much heavier than the latter. It’s simply the case that these grass material require less energy to compress and generally require less time in the die to achieve sufficient compression.

1.The material and its moisture content?
e.g. Wood sawdust, Pinus Sylvestris,albizzia,eucalyptus,corn straw,peanut shell,palm,rubber wood,rice husk,stalk and so on;
Before wood chips go into the hammer mill,moisture should be less than 30%, before wood sawdust go into the pellet machines,moisture should between 13%-17%, but it is not absolutely,customers should according to the material actual situation to confirm.
2.The capacity you want and how long time will the machine work everyday?
e.g. We have the capacity from 150kg to 30t/hour.
